පෘථිවියට Aliens ආක්‍රමණයක්

පිටසක්වළ ජීවීන් (Aliens) පෘථිවිය ආක්‍රමණය කරමින් සිටින බව අමෙරිකාවේ නාසා (NASA) ආයතනය මඟින් තහවුරු කොට ඇතැයි සඳහන් වේ.බොහෝ වෙබ් අඩවි මේ වන විට පිටසක්වළ ජීවීන්ගේ  පෘථිවි ආක්‍රමණයක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් බිය සැක පහළ කොට තිබේ.

 2011 ඔක්තෝබර් මාසයේ සිට මෙම ප්‍රහාර පෘථිවිය වෙත එල්ල කිරීම
 ආරම්භ කොට ඇති බව කියැවෙන අතර 2015 වසරේ දෙසැම්බර් දක්වා 
පෘථිවියට විශාල සංඛ්‍යාවක් ප්‍රහාර එල්ල වනු ඇතැයි ද ප්‍රකාශ කොට තිබේ. 
එසේ 2015 දෙසැම්බර් වන පෘථිවිය සීබාවන්ගේ 
(සීබා ග්‍රහලෝකයෙන් පැමිණෙන පිටසක්වළ ජීවීන්) සම්පූර්ණ ග්‍රහණය
 යටතේ පවතිනු ඇති බවටද ඔහු අනාවැකි පළ කරයි.
 පෙනිසියුලියානු රාජ්‍ය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ විද්‍යාඥවරුන් මෑතදී අනාවැකියක්  පළකොට ඇත්තේ 2012 අවසානය එළැඹෙන විට සීබා ග්‍රහලෝකයෙන්  පැමිණෙන පිටසක්වළ ජීවීන් හා පෘථිවි වාසී මනුෂ්‍යයන් අතර සෘජු සම්බන්ධතා පැවැත්වෙනු ඇති බවයි.

එළඹෙන ඕස්ට්‍රේලියානු සංචාරයෙන් පසුව  ශ්‍රී ලංකා ක්‍රිකට් කණ්ඩායමේ වත්මන් නායක  මහේල ජයවර්ධන තම නායකත්වයෙන් ඉවත්වීමට  තීරණය කර ඇති බව වාර්තා වෙයි.

පිළිකා සෛල මර්දනය කළ හැකි වී ප්‍රභේදයක්  බතලේගොඩ වී පර්යේෂණ ආයතනය මඟින් හඳුන්වා දෙයි.  'මසුරං' නමින් හඳුන්වන මේ වී ප්‍රභේදය තුළ පිළිකා නාශක  ගුණයෙන් යුක්ත 'ඇන්ටි්‍රඔක්සි' ප්‍රතිඔක්සිකාරකය අඩංගුව තිබේ. බතලේගොඩ, වී පර්යේෂණ ආයතනයේ සභාපති  ආචාර්ය නිමල් දිසානායක මහතා පැවැසුවේ  ලංකා කාර්මික පර්යේෂණ මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ සිදු කළ පරීක්‍ෂණයකදී  මෙම වී ප්‍රභේදය පිළිකා නාශක ගුණයෙන් යුක්ත බවට තහවුරු වී  ඇති බවයි. 'මසුරං' වී ප්‍රභේදය දිවයිනේ ඕනෑම ප්‍රදේශයක  වගාකළ හැකි වී විශේෂයක් බවද දිසානායක මහතා වැඩිදුරටත් පැවැසුවේය.

" After Earth "   lands in theaters on June 7 th 

Jaden Smith has already followed his father Will's footsteps in the fields of both acting and rapping, so it's about time the younger Smith take up the other family business: saving the world.

In the first trailer for " After Earth "  premiering  the 14-year-old Jaden reteams with Will for the second time as an on-screen father and son pair (after 2006's "The Pursuit of Happyness").  But unlike their first family drama -- and Jaden's breakout turn in the remake of  " The Karate Kid" — this movie is a special-effects heavy, sci-fi spectacle.And it looks like Will is passing the action hero torch over to his son, both on and off camera.

In "After Earth," Will Smith plays Cypher Raige, a military leader traveling through space with his teenage son Kitai (Jaden Smith) when their ship crashes onto our planet, 1,000 years after humanity was forced to abandon it.  With Cypher incapacitated in the wreck, it's up to Kitai to venture alone into the unfamiliar and dangerous landscape to look for some hope of rescue.

 unique flavor by mistake.
Queensland, Australia produces more than 80,000
 tons of pineapples a year, still the country imports 
a lot more because of competing imports that are 
cheaper and tastier. Commissioned by the 
government to breed a new generation 
of pineapples that are sweeter and easier to grow,
 the horticulturalists ended up with a unique blend
 that far exceeded their expectations.
